These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SocialHQ website and application (the "Service"), operated by Metro 1 Media. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; uploading malicious code; sending spam through capture pages or contacts; or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you publish and for compliance with the terms of any third-party platforms you connect.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid plan unless canceled before it ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., social networks, design tools, payment providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Some features are provided on a beta or "as-available" basis and may change or be discontinued. Certain integrations may be labeled "coming soon" and are not yet functional.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metro 1 Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which Metro 1 Media is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
